Shipping Charges:
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹999
Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal charge of ₹100 applies to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.
Delivery Time:
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Important:
BREA.LIFE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or postal service.
We guarantee only the handover of the consignment to the courier.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 support@brea.life
Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@brea.life with your order number and photos of the received item.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund in such cases.
Refund Processing:
Refunds (where approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
Note: COD charges of ₹100 will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Orders can be cancelled only on the same day they are placed.
